All prices are including VAT. Corporate customers outside of Germany providing a valid VATIN will receive an invoice without VAT.

Shipping is free to all destinations in EU and EEA.


Right of Revocation

End customers (not corporate customers) have a right of revocation within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please write to us (preferably by email to info@cambridge-laboratory.com) before returning any goods. The costs of return will have to be paid by the customer.

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The period of revocation is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (but who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of revocation, it is imperative that you inform us at:

Please send us your decision to revoke this contract by sending us an unequivocal declaration (e.g. by letter sent by post or by email).

To comply with the revocation period it is sufficient to send off the notification of exercise of your revocation right before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will return to you all payments which we received from you including shipping costs (except the additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the low-cost standard delivery which we offered), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of revocation of this contract. For repayment, we will use the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction, unless we agreed expressly on something different with you; we will not levy any charges for this repayment.
We may wait on completing repayment until we have received the return goods.
You are obliged to return or hand over to us all goods as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of the revocation of this contract. The period is deemed satisfied when you return the goods before expiry of the period of 14 days. The customer has to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are allowed to inspect goods at it would be possible at a store. You have to cover any loss of value of the goods if the goods are given back in a deteriorated state, including deterioration by using the goods in their intended usage. Dumping or emptying of gas from cans cancels the right of revocation.
